In Jinny and Cooper: Curse of the Genie’s Ring, Jinny’s little brother, Tyrone finds a ring  in Miss Morgan’s attic. But when Tyrone wipes the grime from the rainbow coloured stone he discovers that it isn’t any ordinary ring!

To make your own genie ring, you only need four things:ring-pic-1

  • Aluminium foil
  • Rainbow coloured gems
  • Scissors
  • A hot glue gun

Adult supervision is recommended when using hot glue guns.

Plain Band Ring

STEP 1

Cut a piece of aluminium foil to size.

STEP 2

Fold the foil until you’ve made a thin band. Measure the ring on your finger, leaving some overlap for gluing. Trim to size and glue into place using a hot glue gun. #Take ring off first before applying hot glue!

    1. Thanks Jasmine. I try to add new things from time to time to keep it interesting. 🙂 You’ll have to take a photo and send it to me if you make a ring. The are really easy to make.
      Cheers
